If within 1 month, you experiance less than 99.99% uptime, you may be entitled to a partial credits refund. The SLA allows you to be covered no matter what happens to company or the hosting. The SLA does not cover anything which is out of our control, i.e mass weather events, or events which have severely changed the opreations of the company. Management, and only at Managemnets descretion may a SLA payout be issued.
